What a brave young boy, Ed! he was so excited and looking forward to his corrective limb surgery. He was in high and good spirits on the morning of his surgery, full of energy; you could see the smiles on his face. Such bravery is incredible.

Thank you to the fly experts programme run by Osteogenesis Imperfecta Federation Europe and Norsk Forening for Osteogenesis Imperfecta (NFOI), and to the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation Network for fundraising and supporting Ed's incredible, life-changing surgery, allowing him to have his long-awaited OI corrective surgery and Wow! What an expression of unspeakable joy expressed by his dad towards the international experts (Dr Adolfredo and Dr Carlos) who successfully performed on his amazing son Ed. The process of the surgery also raises the opportunity to train medical professionals, which enables them to support their OI members in their local countries.
